Mix 6 tbsp Galena Canning Company Competition Series Beer Can Chicken Rub with 4 tbsp olive oil. Rub onto a whole chicken. Lower chicken onto ½ can of beer (make sure the beer is open) so the chicken is sitting upright with the can in its cavity. Grill or bake as desired. Carefully remove from the oven and enjoy!
