Returns and Refunds

Thank you for shopping at Galena Canning Company. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of original purchase.

Return Eligibility:

  • Must be unopened, unused, or unworn
  • Must be in original packaging, and have original tags if applicable
  • Must be within 30 days of original purchase and have original receipt

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Please contact us before you send the product:

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions for how to send the product back to us. Items sent to us without prior approval will not be refunded.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We require photographic evidence of a damaged/incorrect shipment for replacements/refunds.  

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as pesto) or custom products (such as boxes and gift baskets. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Galena Canning Company will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.
