Shipping policy
SHIPPING
• All shipped orders—whether placed online, in-store, or over the phone—are processed in-house within 3–5 business days.
• Once an order has been processed and is awaiting pickup by the delivery carrier (UPS or USPS), the customer will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the shipment.
• While we cannot guarantee expedited processing, we will do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.
• Please note that once a package leaves our facility, delivery times are determined by the third-party carrier and are beyond our control.
