Today from the GCC test kitchens! A grilled steak, featuring our Signature Steak Seasoning!
- 2 tbsp Galena Canning Co. Signature Steak Seasoning
- 1 large steak - we used a boneless ribeye
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- Combine oil and steak seasoning
- Bring steak to room temperature. Preheat grill to 500 degrees or as high as you can get it.
- Rub steak with oil and seasoning. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Grill for 4 minutes on each side or until done. Let meat rest for at least 10 minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite sides, and homemade garlic butter. Enjoy!
