Sriracha Thai Maple Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Competition Series Sriracha Thai Marinade
- 1 salmon filet
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Directions
- Mix 2 tbsp Sriracha Thai Marinade with maple syrup.
- Cover salmon filet in the mixture and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Bake salmon skin side down for 8 minutes, then flip and remove skin. Cook for 7 more minutes or until done.
