Sriracha Thai Maple Salmon

Straight from the GCC test kitchens and submitted by a customer like you! Try our Sriracha Thai Maple Salmon, featuring our new Competition Series Sriracha Thai Marinade!


  • 2 tbsp Competition Series Sriracha Thai Marinade
  • 1 salmon filet
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup


  • Mix 2 tbsp Sriracha Thai Marinade with maple syrup.
  • Cover salmon filet in the mixture and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Bake salmon skin side down for 8 minutes, then flip and remove skin. Cook for 7 more minutes or until done.
  • Enjoy!
