Steakhouse Style Petite Sirloin
Fresh from the Galena Canning Company Test Kitchen! A classic take on a popular protein! Ingredients: 1/2 up Competition Series Steakhouse Marinade 2 tbsp neutral oil 2 petite sirloin cuts 2 tbsp Ultimate Signature Steak Seasoning 2 potatoes Directions: Marinate steak for minimum 1 hour but up to overnight. Preheat broiler or grill and remove meat from fridge, brushing off excess marinade. Combine oil and Signature Steak Seasoning. Rub on potatoes Sear each steak for 1-2 minutes. Broil or grill steak and potatoes until done.
