Fresh from the Galena Canning Company Test Kitchen! A classic take on a popular protein!

Ingredients:

• 1/2 up Competition Series Steakhouse Marinade
• 2 tbsp neutral oil
• 2 petite sirloin cuts
• 2 tbsp Ultimate Signature Steak Seasoning
• 2 potatoes

Directions:

• Marinate steak for minimum 1 hour but up to overnight.
• Preheat broiler or grill and remove meat from fridge, brushing off excess marinade.
• Combine oil and Signature Steak Seasoning. Rub on potatoes
• Sear each steak for 1-2 minutes. Broil or grill steak and potatoes until done.
