Steakhouse Style Petite Sirloin

Fresh from the Galena Canning Company Test Kitchen! A classic take on a popular protein!



  • Marinate steak for minimum 1 hour but up to overnight.
  • Preheat broiler or grill and remove meat from fridge, brushing off excess marinade.
  • Combine oil and Signature Steak Seasoning. Rub on potatoes
  • Sear each steak for 1-2 minutes. Broil or grill steak and potatoes until done.
